Following the successful delivery of Uhura by the River, TT Construction was appointed to deliver the TCFF Research and Development Building for Thai-China Flavors and Fragrances Industry. The purpose-built facility brings together laboratories, testing kitchens, sensory rooms, offices and collaborative spaces within a highly coordinated research environment. Clear circulation, controlled zoning and integrated building systems support efficient workflows, hygiene and cross-team collaboration.
